Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. If you have a reaction to a product, please contact our support team.
Do you test your beauty products on animals?
Absolutely not. Mochi Mochi is proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals at any point in the production process.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing our customer service team.
